Office of Student Affairs is responsible for the promotion of student affairs and is the unit with the closest and most frequent interaction between the school and students. We adhere to the spirit of the school motto "Loyalty, Diligence, Integrity" and the concept of holistic education. It aims to establish a harmonious campus ethos and provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment. To achieve these goals, the office organizes various activities and training programs, supporting and encouraging students to participate in various activities and volunteer services. This is done to cultivate the creative, honest, and service-oriented qualities as well as all-round abilities of students at Lukang Senior High School. The office also actively promotes human rights and the rule of law education, counsels the establishment of student self-governing organizations, and fosters correct legal concepts and knowledge, making the students become outstanding citizens who know and abide by the law.

The office is comprised of a director, homeroom teachers, student activities section chief, discipline section chief, physical education section chief, hygiene section chief, and military instructors, forming the team. Everyone upholds the enthusiasm for service and is always concerned about students' daily affairs, working together to continuously improve student affairs work.

• Student Activities Section: Promotes students' moral education, cultivates legal concepts, plans club activities and international exchanges.
• Discipline Section: Provides counseling on students' daily lives, manages routine activities, promotes traffic safety education, maintains campus security, conducts disaster prevention and training, and implements special education projects. Additionally, it closely collaborates with families and communities to help achieve the goals of assisting families, schools, and stabilizing society.
• Physical Education Section: Manages sports curriculum and venue arrangements, organizes various sports competitions both on and off-campus, and handles other student sports-related matters.

Hygiene Section: Promotes environmental health education, conducts health checks, provides first aid for diseases and accidents, manages student safety insurance, and handles resource recycling, among other responsibilities.
